Because your satisfaction is important to us, we guarantee our merchandise to be as described. We have been dealing in vintage items for over a decade and make every effort to describe an item's condition thoroughly and accurately. However, many of the items that we offer for sale are 50 years or older and will show some age appropriate wear or factory imperfections. We will note any conditions regarding wear and factory imperfections that we deem to be distracting or more than average. Feel free to ask specific questions regarding an item's condition, or request additional photos. If you are dissatisfied upon receiving the item, you may return it to us, shipped fully insured, within five (5) days after receiving it with our signature intact and with immediate notification. The signature MUST be on the returned item. If your item was found to be not as described (our error), we will refund or credit the cost of your order plus shipping. Otherwise, we will refund the cost of your order less shipping costs. |

| CONDITION | All items are in above average condition. In the case of dinnerware and pottery, free of chips, cracks, crazing, glaringly factory defects and excessive wear. All items are vintage and in original condition. We make every attempt to describe and depict condition accurately. Please ask any questions beforehand. Because many of the items we offer are nearly 50 years old, some use and/or wear is bound to be evident. |

| LAYAWAY | We want you to get the things you want! That's why we offer layaway on purchases over $100. 20% down holds your item(s), with regular payment schedules based on your individual needs. Placing an item on layaway does, however, commit you to purchasing the item. |
| SHIPPING | All items are shipped UPS Ground, fully insured - please provide a UPS shippable address. Prices do not include shipping. Shipping costs will be estimated with each individual order, based on size of order and destination. USPS shipping is also available with prior notification. |
