				Carafe One other known to exist 3-Piece Casserole on Stand This is the actual piece pictured in Keller and Ross' book, "Russel Wright Dinnerware, Pottery & More." This is the only one known to exist and this shape is not seen anywhere else in Wright's work. Unmarked. Teapot The only one known to exist and is pictured in Michael Pratt's book, "Mid-Century Modern Dinnerware." This shape is an obvious ancestor of the Casual redesigned teapot , which followed later.
